How about a piece on the illogical nomenclature for products and services? Why is a "grande" coffee smaller than a "venti" coffee at Starbucks? And why is "First Class" mail slower than both "Priority" and "Express"? Shouldn't it be "first class" i.e. the finest service the USPS has to offer? Are airlines going to follow suit, introducing the new "Express Class" at the front to the plane (so you get there a little faster than the rest of the passengers)?
